Lorin and I made a new friend! Her name is Michelle and she is a photographer. She is working on her portfolio and asked if she could do maternity pictures of us. Not only do I love the pictures....... but.... it turns out Michelle is super sweet and cool. yay! Here are some of my favorite pictures.....

Weekly Doctor Visits!

It's getting down to the wire. Today I started my weekly Doctor visits. The Dr. says Milo is head down (yay) but there's always a chance he could flip head up. Everything looks good and I'm supposed to call her if my water breaks or I start having regular contractions.......OK! Will do!

BABY SHOWER.......

Best baby shower EVER!!! Milo is so darn lucky and I am too. Everything was so perfect and I can hardly believe that I've gone through a baby shower.... which means there's only one thing left to do...... have our baby....... oh yeah.... and sort through all the super cute stuff that Milo got. I can't wait to start washing all his little clothes and put the finishing touches on his nursery. We're ready!

Milo's Glama and Nana both won the Guess how big Mommies belly is contest! Brings new meaning to "mom knows best"..... they both guessed right on!!!!


Milo makes Bubby into a "Great Bubby"...... this is the 1st grandbaby on his side.

Back to work this week! I can't believe our little guy is due in 6 weeks. Lorin and I both feel ready for him and anxious about his arrival. I had my Doctors appt on Monday and she says I'm totally average....... I'm not measuring big or small but right on target and Milo's due date is still July 27th. It's all good!

ahhhhhhh MEXICO! We had a wonderful vacation. We relaxed and ate and it was pretty much amazing! I could get used to hanging out in my swim suit all day doing nothing. It was fun to share with everyone all of the kicking and growing baby Milo is doing. This is .....of course...... our last trip before Milo is here and we can't wait for our next time in Mexico when Milo can play in the pool with all of his cousins!

Lorin's Birthday..........

Happy Birthday Mooney!!!!! The NEWPORT LEGENDS rocked the 5 Ds of Dodgeball-dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge. This was the funniest thing I have EVER seen and is by far my new favorite sport to watch!!! They even had a player on their team end up with the MVP award. After the tournament we a had a big birthday BBQ at our house.

Hello Milo!

Well here he is! This is the last time we get to see him until he makes his big debut this summer. The 3D/4D ultrasound is truly an amazing experience. We got to see Milo open his mouth, kick out his little legs, relax with his left arm up by his face (which seems to be his position of choice) and just float in pure baby bliss. Seeing his face for the first time like that was overwhelming and it brought tears straight to my eyes. I can't wait for him to be here but at the same time I am happy to spend the next 3 months with him right here in my tummy kicking and swishing away. We had quite a party there for this big ultrasound......... I am so blessed with this little miracle growing inside.

tonight's the big night!

i can hardly wait for the 3D 4D ultrasound! i've been resting up all afternoon and in about 45 minutes I'm going eat my yummy fruit popsicle and have glass a apple juice to get Milo ready to say Hello to everyone!

I had my Doctors appt today......... bad news........ i have to wear support hose....... :( otherwise the veins on my legs are going to get worse. So if you see me walking around with really tan shiny legs........... DON'T ASK ME FOR CHICKEN WINGS!!!!!! :(

i passed my 1 hour Glucose Test!!!! yay....... my body does love sugar! i knew it!
