Baby Milo's Birthday!!!

after a long long day on saturday trying to induce labor milo was delivered via c-section. we are all wonderful and our family feels so complete! these last 9 months i kept a clear vision of my labor and delivery and that vision was just me going with the flow and no matter how milo decided to join us as long as he was happy and healthy i would be content and in love. he is 100% perfect and his little sweet personality already shows through. he looks a lot like his daddy and a lot like a baby elf so i'm very pleased! all the nurses and the doctors at the hospital even said how beautiful he is and strong. these last few days have been like a dream for lorin and i ....... we can't believe he's actually here and how natural it feels to be his mommy and daddy. we feel so blessed to have such amazing family and friends..... milo is already off to a good start in that department! milo's arrival is such a miracle and a blessing and lorin and i are convinced that heaven opened up and dropped this little angel out. (i'm one of those moms......lol)

He sure is sent straight from heaven! I want to see his little face again and again. I love hime so much Shannon! And that song is beautiful.....that made me picture my boys. It brought tears to my eyes....especially about the superman on the couch, and matchbox cars, and the goodnight moon book Blake loves to read and knows the words to. Uhhh....my heart did melt, I admit it. Oh your in for it. The best ride of your life has just come to you!
milo was born during the most beautiful california beach sunset....the kind of sunset when a sail boat sails into it and where the vibrant colors change each time you blink...it took my breath away as joe and i drove to the hospital to meet him for the first time. he is my very first nephew and I am in love like i never thought i would be! I am so in awe of your new addition and of you and lorin. truly amazing! what a special miracle face he is. can't wait to see him again and again, and squeeze his little self and give him lots of love! half lenny half normal syle.... looking forward to being apart of his special wonderous life!
so so so so super precious. he's got all the love you guys have to give all over his face. i can totally see it.
